“RegEvol: detection of directional selection in regulatory sequences through phenotypic predictions and phenotype-to-fitness functions”

The repository includes:

  • BSgenomes used to generate matched negative sequences for model training: BSgenomes.tar.gz

  • RegEvol result tables for the analysed ChIP-seq peaks across 11 species: ChIP_peaks_RegEvol_exact_ranked.Rds

  • RegEvol result tables for the analysed Drosophila melanogaster modERN peaks: drosophila_modERN_RegEvol_exact_ranked.Rds

  • Substitution matrices per chromosome from PhyML for each analysed species
