Chemlambda for the people

This is a computational notebook about the chemlambda artificial chemistry and it's possible applications for understanding real life biochemistry.

It is related with   my 2015 computational notebook Molecular computers, as well as the newer Molecular computers which are based on graph rewriting systems like chemlambda, chemSKI or Interaction Combinators.

The structure of this record is: 

• the main page is cfp-no-js-local.html
• the folder simulations contains 3 simulations in d3.js, obtained with chemlambda programs
• the folder img contains various images and short movies which are used in the main page. 

In this version there are only two modifications with respect to the previous version: 

• in the main page cfp-no-js-local.html the DOI was modified to the one which fits all versions
• in simulations/dodecaheron.html  there were two faulty lines which attempted to get old versions  of d3.js and jquery.js instead of the local copies from the folder simulations, or this made the dodecaheron.html not to work. Now this is fixed.
