Description
This deliverable presents methodological guidance for evaluating circular-economy innovations in the construction sector from economic and ecological perspectives. It consolidates analytical approaches relevant to the REINCARNATE use cases and provides a framework to compare conventional and circular alternatives. The report outlines tools such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), Net Present Value (NPV) and Residual Value calculations, introducing criteria to support decision-making and value assessment for reused and recycled materials.
The document serves as a reference for assessing environmental impacts, financial feasibility, and long-term benefits associated with circular solutions in buildings, enabling stakeholders to make informed choices regarding circular design, resource efficiency, and material recovery.
