Description
This study analysed the psychological factors influencing motivation and efficiency among employees, specifically teachers at Kyrgyz State University. A questionnaire survey revealed that management style, alignment of personal and corporate values, workload optimization, professional growth opportunities, feedback, colleague support, emotional state, and technology use significantly impact motivation and productivity. Democratic and transformational management styles were found to boost engagement, while autocratic approaches hindered motivation. Key elements for high productivity included career opportunities, feedback, colleague support, and modern technologies, which improved work processes and efficiency. The study emphasised the importance of a supportive work environment that fosters motivation and productivity, with a focus on security, trust, clear goals, professional development, teamwork, work-life balance, recognition, and low stress. Excessive workload and emotional burnout, however, were shown to negatively affect productivity. A holistic approach to managing and supporting employees is essential for maintaining high motivation and efficiency.
