PRC as a Model for Rethinking Scholarly Publishing in the Arts and Humanities
Authors/Creators
Description
This talk situates the Publish–Review–Curate (PRC) model at the intersection of diamond open access, open peer review, research-assessment reform, and the mission of public infrastructures. Using Transformations, DARIAH’s overlay journal, and the ATRIUM Assessment Framework as concrete examples, the presentation shows how PRC offers a transparent, community-governed alternative to commercial publishing models.
