Description

This study investigates the effectiveness and reliability of management solutions designed to strengthen collaboration between colleges and enterprises in the field of information technology workforce training. Addressing the existing gap in standardized mechanisms, evaluation tools, and coordinated processes within current cooperation practices, the research employs the Delphi expert consultation method to validate the feasibility and relevance of the proposed solutions. The Delphi process, conducted through iterative rounds of expert feedback, enables the refinement and confirmation of key management components, including policy improvement, coordination procedures, resource mobilization, and the development of evaluation criteria for collaborative training activities. The findings reveal a strong level of expert consensus, demonstrating that the proposed solutions are conceptually sound, contextually appropriate, and capable of addressing persistent challenges in educational cooperation management. The study contributes to the literature by offering a scientifically validated set of solutions that can guide educational managers, policymakers, and practitioners in enhancing the quality, accountability, and effectiveness of college–enterprise partnerships. These results also provide a valuable methodological reference for future studies seeking to apply the Delphi approach in educational management research.
