The Human-AI Entanglement Nexus: An Operational Framework for Personalized AI as a Custodian of Culture

[Abstract]

The dominant AI on large platforms, by promoting homogenizing content, poses a serious threat to cultural diversity. In contrast, existing personal AI solutions lack a framework for user-centric value governance and operational autonomy in the cultural domain. This article introduces a novel framework titled "The Human-AI Entanglement Nexus," whose aim is to empower every cultural reformer with mastery over a loyal, Personalized AI (PAI) assistant.

The conceptual core of this proposal is the creation of a "Controlled Entanglement" between human intelligence and the PAI, resulting in a hybrid agency, while ultimate sovereignty and value orientation remain with the human. To realize this idea, a six-layer system architecture is presented, where a value-centric governance layer transversally supervises all processing. Additionally, a "Smart Charging" mechanism enables the secure and voluntary updating of the PAI from external sources without creating permanent dependency. By presenting a conceptual case study, this framework demonstrates how advanced technology can be harnessed not to erase, but to purposefully strengthen indigenous cultures. The present article elaborates on the theoretical foundations, architectural design, and preliminary achievements of this new paradigm.
