D2.5 Established, implemented processes and procedures for maintenance of substance data in Europe

This document describes the process of maintaining substance data in EU-SRS. This applies to both the
creation of substances as well as maintaining/updating substance records.
Included are:
• What are the triggers to create or update substances in EU-SRS?
• What are sources to find the information needed to build substances in EU-SRS
• What tools/reports are available to:
o Monitor data quality of the substances
o Stay aligned between EU-SRS and SMS
