D6.2 DLT Architecture and Governance Model

The present document constitutes the Deliverable D6.2 “DLT Architecture and Governance Model – First version” in the framework of the project titled “Data hub for the Creation of Energy Communities at Local Level and to Advance Research on them” (Project Acronym: DATA CELLAR, Grant Agreement No. 101069694) and provides a report on the activities of T6.2.

The main objective of D6.2 is to report the results of the activities performed in the scope of Task 6.2 “Interoperable, low energy consumption DLT layer” which aims at:

• Perform a benchmark of existing DLT-based data marketplaces.
• Analyse and select the DLT platforms that best fits the needs of DATA CELLAR in terms of functionalities, interoperability, scalability, decentralization, and security.
• Provide an architectural design of the DLT-based marketplace solution for DATA CELLAR.
• Implement a preliminary prototype of the DLT-based marketplace with limited functionalities.

In the second version of the Deliverable D6.3 - “DLT Architecture and Governance Model – Issue 2”, which will take place in month 36, an improved and final solution will be proposed regarding the implementation of the DLT Data Marketplace.
