Description
Volume IV establishes the foundational framework of the Universal Vibratory Physics emerging from the Φ_H ratio, defined as the internal/external dynamical proportion Φ_H = M₁/M₂.
This volume formalizes the primary vibratory geometry (Φ_H, D, ε_c), introduces the harmonic stability function S(Φ_H), and identifies the universal transition toward vibratory laws across nuclear, atomic, mechanical, planetary, stellar, galactic and cosmological scales.
It synthesizes the results of Volumes I–III and prepares the emergence of the Universal Vibratory Stability Law developed in Volumes V–VI–VIII–X.

Le Volume IV établit le cadre fondamental de la Physique Vibratoire Universelle, fondée sur le rapport Φ_H = M₁/M₂, défini comme la proportion dynamique interne/externe.
Ce volume formalise la géométrie vibratoire primaire (Φ_H, D, ε_c), introduit la fonction de stabilité harmonique S(Φ_H), et met en évidence la transition universelle vers des lois vibratoires communes aux domaines nucléaire, atomique, mécanique, planétaire, stellaire, galactique et cosmologique.
Il synthétise les résultats des Volumes I–III et prépare l’émergence de la Loi Vibratoire Universelle de Stabilité, développée dans les Volumes V–VI–VIII–X.
