Experimental Agroforestry Transition data and analysis

This dataset includes field data collected from Experimental Agroforestry Transitions (EAT) plots established in Hanover, NH at the Dartmouth Organic Farm surveyed in Summer 2024. 

In each 0.25 x 0.25m quadrant sample, every individual plant was counted and identified to species. In addition, the crop cover was estimated from 0-100%. We classified each plant species as annual or perennial, native or non-native, ruderal or non-ruderal and volunteer or planted crop species. 

We include an R notebook with code used to generate figures and run analyses supporting the work described above.  A knitted html for R Markdown file is also included and a readme.txt file and all data used to support code.
