Description
This dataset contains comprehensive plasma metabolomic and proteomic profiles from mice treated with a variety of anti-aging interventions. A full description of the study design, analytical methods, and primary findings can be found in “Discrimination of Normal from Slow-Aging Mice by Plasma Metabolomic and Proteomic Features,” Badenoch et al., Geroscience (2025).
These datasets are fully compatible with the accompanying GitHub repository:

To process the data using the provided code, download all files into a folder named “Step1_LoadingAndCleaningData” and place this folder within the AgingDrugOmics repository.
