This article analyzes the compositional and stylistic features of Tulepbergen Kaipbergenov’s publicistic works, revealing the author’s unique integration of journalistic genres such as interviews, sketches (ocherki), and problem-oriented articles. Kaipbergenov’s mastery lies in his ability to merge factual reporting with artistic expressiveness, transforming traditional journalistic forms into profound reflections on the social, moral, and cultural realities of his time. The study emphasizes his flexible use of genre, where the form serves the theme rather than constraining it.
