The 2025 edition of the Leaders Workshop for heads of university schools, departments, and research labs in Informatics and related fields, focused on the theme: "How to cope with changes in Informatics departments?", was held on Monday, 27 October. It was co-chaired by Ana C.R. Paiva from University of Porto and Jean-Marc Jézéquel from IRISA / University of Rennes.
