Overview

FloodRadar / DryPath Map is a prototype web application for visualizing flood extent from SAR data and generating safe evacuation routes at street / address level.

Main features

• Interactive flood extent map (SAR-derived polygons).
• Overlay of shelters and low-water crossing points.
• Address-level interaction with pan/zoom.
• Comparison of multiple layers (flood zones, shelters, low water sites).
• Responsive UI for desktop.

Data

• SAR-based flood polygons for a pilot area (e.g. Kerrville, TX flood event).
• OpenStreetMap / basemap tiles for context.
• Shelter and low-water crossing locations from open data and manual compilation.

How to run locally

npm install
npm run dev
