Description
The conference, open to all citizens, focused on the ways in which food cultures influenced personal health and the sustainability of consumption. With a strongly multidisciplinary approach, it offered reflections and insights on topics such as tradition and innovation in the food sector, education toward healthy and sustainable consumption habits, and the importance of effective communication between science and civil society.
Ample space was dedicated to discussion among the speakers and all those who wished to contribute.
