United nations Minority rights; international standard and guidance for implementation (Geneva OHCHR 2011)

This paper focuses on analyzing the different international mechanisms for the protection of minority’s rights. The study is divided into different parts. The first one is the general introduction where a researcher will attempt to give different definitions of the term minorities according to the different sources. The second part will be an analysis of different mechanisms for the enforcement and protection of minority rights in both international as well regional levels. The third part will be dealing with the way forward of the study, the recommendation last but not the least part will be the conclusion
