The Cymatic Origin of Life: Ceramic Templating and Quantum-Hydrogenic (H₆-FDC) Patterning in Protocell Formation

Description

Why do spiral and hexagonal forms pervade biology, from DNA to galaxies? We propose a unified answer: life inherits its geometry from a vibrating quantum-hydrogenic substrate of the universe—the Biphasic Quantum Hydrogen (H₆-FDC) model. In this framework, "Dark Matter" tracery is a cosmic forge of simple bio-elements (Dark Nucleosynthesis), and "Dark Energy" is the background hum that, on a young Earth, orchestrated the first cells.

This resolves a critical gap in origins-of-life research, which has the chemical building blocks but lacks an organizational logic. Our "Cymatic Ceramic Templating" mechanism provides it: we argue that ambient vibrations in primordial, silicon-rich environments, act as a planetary-scale Chladni plate and may have imprinted the universe's inherent geometry onto assembling amphiphiles, forming the first vesicular protocells.

The model yields a concrete, falsifiable prediction: under monochromatic acoustic excitation, vesicle assembly will produce a quantized size distribution scaling with the zeros of the Bessel function J₀. This work establishes a direct, physical bridge from cosmological structure to the emergence of biological form.
