1000G reference files for PRScope

Description

These are the reference files required for running PRScope. The link includes 1000 Genomes (hg38) PLINK files (.bim, .bed, .fam) and variant frequency data (MAF). These resources are used for clumping during PGS calculation with PRSice-2 and for MAF-based filtering. The link also contains reference files for PGS calculation using LDpred2.
