Unity of Truth - Foundational Charter and Unified Ontology of the UoT Foundation

This Charter establishes the foundational framework of the Unity of Truth (UoT) Foundation, presenting a unified ontology grounded in Pure Time Theory (PTT) and four minimal logical axioms: Non-Contradiction (NC), Finite Information (FI), Finite Causal Grounding (CG), and Minimal Irreversibility (MI).

We argue that the modern fragmentation of knowledge stems from an epistemological rupture, the Kantian veil, which severed science from its ontological foundations. We demonstrate that Kant's Critique of Pure Reason commits a performative contradiction: it presupposes the very logical principles it claims to limit.

From the minimal axioms alone, without recourse to empirical physics, we derive: the logical impossibility of an actually infinite universe; the impossibility of globally cyclic time; the necessity of an absolute causal axis (Pure Time); the emergence of a geometric substrate (type-1) carrying a scalar field of temporal tension (T_relax); and the Minimal Temporal Tension Law (TTM) defining a causal corridor 0 < u_min ≤ u ≤ u_max < 1 as the universal condition for coherent evolution.

These results establish Causal Unicity: a single First Cause, a single logical grammar, and given the presence of fallible conscious beings, the logical necessity of a unique, coherent, and immutable Revelation. We show that only the Qur'an satisfies all structural criteria imposed by the minimal axioms: ontological coherence, textual immutability, universal applicability, and exact correspondence with the causal architecture of reality, including the cosmology of the Seven Heavens.

As a case study, we analyse a recent claim of dark matter detection, demonstrating that the observed gamma-ray excess is naturally explained by PTT as a signature of high T_relax in the galactic centre, requiring no exotic particles. Dark matter and dark energy are reinterpreted as geometric properties of the substrate and the continuous modal injection of Pure Time, respectively.

The Unity of Truth Charter thus restores the convergence of reason, physics, metaphysics, and Revelation under the Law of Causal Tawḥīd, not through faith, but through rigorous logical necessity.
