Unauthorized Use of Research Data

The use of this research data without the prior consent of the researcher violates fundamental principles of research ethics and integrity. According to the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity (ALLEA, 2017), researchers must respect the intellectual property and contributions of others, and may not use data or results without permission or proper acknowledgment. This is applied in any circumstances. Any use of this research data must be authorized by its original author or research team.
