The study implemented a scientific search for philosophical aspects of social development in the context of modern social transformations. In order to understand the outlined processes, cultural and human creative activity in the process of social development was considered. It was found that the model of philosophical knowledge within the traditional mental and cultural paradigm corresponds to order, balance, stability, determinism and does not correspond to the realities and challenges of the modern world with its chaos, imbalance, instability, and instability. Key social transformations were considered – deep changes in the social structure, social relations and culture, which include both quantitative and qualitative transformations. The main philosophical consequences of these changes were identified – the renewal of values, the rethinking of the phenomenon of individuality, the dynamics of the perception of reality, the revision of traditional ideas about society.
