This article substantiates the relevance of developing personal creative competence in the context of globalization and the rapid advancement of digital technologies. In particular, the educational practices of countries with advanced education systems — such as the United States, Finland, Japan, and Germany — are analyzed, highlighting their pedagogical approaches, educational technologies, and teaching methodologies. The application of foreign approaches in modern learning environments, methods that foster creative competence, incentive strategies, and pedagogical models are thoroughly discussed. The article also presents theoretical and practical recommendations for enhancing teachers' creative potential, integrating innovative approaches into the learning process, and developing personal creative competence. The research findings support the strengthening of learner-centered approaches in education and position creativity as a key factor in socio-economic development.
