STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL EFFICIENCY BASED ON THE EXPERIENCES OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES

The article discusses modern strategies for improving the effectiveness of education based on the analysis of the experience of developed countries. Special attention is paid to key areas of educational policy, such as the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies, the digitalization of the educational environment, the development of 21st century competencies, the formation of educational quality assessment systems and professional development of teaching staff. A comparative analysis of approaches in the USA, the European Union and East Asia has been carried out, which makes it possible to identify the most effective models and practices applicable in the context of the national education system. The author emphasizes that the success of educational reforms in developed countries is largely determined by a combination of strategic public administration, active involvement of stakeholders and flexibility of educational institutions. It is concluded that it is necessary to adapt foreign experience, taking into account socio-cultural and economic characteristics, which will increase the competitiveness of the national educational system and provide training that meets the requirements of the global labor market.
