    • Food_additive_network_corr.R: Constructs and analyzes microbial co-occurrence networks.

    • Complex_heatmap_in_ASD_and_nonASD file: Code and data for generating the association heatmaps for Figure 2a and Supplementary Figures S2, S3, S4, and S10.
