Ce document présente la première formalisation publique du cadre conceptuel de la stabilisation informationnelle des noyaux radioactifs. Il expose les quatre outils informationnels fondamentaux (CIS, MCL, ICIN, RIC), décrit le mécanisme interne en cinq étapes, introduit la notion de gradient informationnel et établit la plausibilité scientifique de la méthode dans le cadre de la Théorie des Fils d’Information (TFI). La formulation mathématique complète existe déjà mais n’est pas incluse dans cette version.

This document presents the first public formalization of the conceptual framework for informational stabilization of radioactive nuclei. It introduces the four fundamental informational tools (CIS, MCL, ICIN, RIC), describes the five-step internal mechanism, defines the notion of informational gradient, and establishes the scientific plausibility of the method within the Information Threads Theory (TFI). The complete mathematical formulation already exists but is not included in this version.
