Requirements for navigation and positioning

This document sets the framework for the Research & Development activities of the Romain system, providing the navigation and positioning system requirements to fulfil Romain project objectives. The description of the positioning process is presented and explained in order to show the current system capabilities and what adjustments are needed to comply with other Romain project subsystem requirements.
