D.5.4 - Co-creation of pathways and analysis of scenarios with a backcasting methodology

This report documents the co-creation of pathways to support mainstreaming gender into socio-technical systems. The report is based on achievements of deliverables from work within Genesys and model pathways focused on Education and Policy to sustain the Gender Innovation Approach. The pathways were co-created with key stakeholders during a workshop in Brussels in June 2025 using backcasting methodology. Based on a common vision for 2025, the pathways provide key actions and recommendations to be conducted in 2025 and 2035 to achieve the vision.
