Effectively managing this extensive data requires advanced technological solutions and widespread support to navigate the complexities of continuous monitoring in an ever-evolving security landscape. This need for robust security measures is universally acknowledged by all organizations, as unauthorized access to highly restricted areas can result in significant damage and pose a threat to lives. In response, organizations are seeking efficient security systems to protect their assets and ensure the safety of their personnel. In the contemporary world, there are numerous technological options available to meet the security needs of households and offices. While traditional methods such as security cards, passwords, and keys have been commonly utilized, their reliability is compromised if the entry objects are lost or stolen, necessitating the exploration of alternative approaches to address unauthorized access concerns. To gain deeper insights into these security challenges, a review paper has conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis derived from a literature survey, focusing on understanding security threats, unauthorized access incidents, intelligent techniques, and their respective strengths and weaknesses. This research aims to inform the development of more effective and dependable security measures in the face of evolving security threats
