and structural definition of the Nanopsychology Diagnostic Manual (NDM), a
framework outlining diagnostic principles, classifications, and evaluative procedures for
inward-oriented nanoscale psyches (nanopsyches) and associated psychitectures.

The purpose of this declaration is to establish an official timestamped record of the
completion of the manual’s architecture, scope, conceptual taxonomy, and diagnostic
foundations.

It does not disclose internal classifiers, psychitypal matrices, numerical indices, or
technical implementation details. Those components remain proprietary and are either
published separately or reserved for future releases.
