Description
This dataset contains raw microscopy images of HeLa cells acquired using an Olympus IX70 inverted microscope equipped with an ORCA digital camera, along with corresponding annotation files in COCO format. Cell boundaries were annotated using the online annotation platform makesense-ai. The code for the cell segmentation model has been deposited in a repository, and is available at: github
