Description
PAs experience burnout, and this stressor can lead to impacts on wellbeing, productivity, and patient care. However, levels of morale, burnout, and employer satisfaction among PAs can fluctuate over time. In this report, we provide a brief overview of factors related to PA perceptions of morale and burnout from survey data collected between 2019 and 2025.
