Cell-Type Resolved Protein Atlas of Brain Lysosomes Identifies SLC45A1-Associated Disease as a Lysosomal Disorder

An interactive web tool was developed to host the proteomic atlas and facilitate cell-type-specific queries. The browser provides searchable access to LysoIP protein abundance, the comparison across cell-types and its annotation.
