The zip file with the data contains the following sub-folders:

1. edgelists: csvs containing edgelists of social interactions from the automated tracking system for the various phases in the experiments
2. encounter_simulations: parquet files containing the results of simulations of wound care
3. encounters: csvs with all the encounters of nestmates with focal ants in the various phases in the experiments
4. focal_interactions: csvs containing data from manual observations of interactions of nestmates with the focal ants for the various phases in the experiments
5. interactions: csvs containiing a time ordered list of interactions used to create edgelists
6. replicateIDs: csvs containiing the IDs of the focal ants
7. social_maturity: cvs containing the social maturity of all ants obtained from the baseline 5 day phase in the experiments
8. trajectories: csvs containing the spatial coordinates of all ants (downsampled to 1Hz) in the various phases as well as the normalised counts of the presence of ants in a grid overlaid on the nest and foraging arenas (used to calculate spatial fidelity)
