EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF ELDERLY TEACHERS IN GERONTOPEDAGOGY

The given article provides a detailed examination of the emotional health of elderly teachers within the framework of gerontopedagogy. It substantiates the relevance of the topic in the context of an aging teaching staff and increasing demands on the quality of the educational process. The aim of the study is to identify the main characteristics of emotional states (stress levels, severity of depressive symptoms and subjective life satisfaction), to explore the interrelations between these indicators and to determine their significance for the professional activity of older teachers.
