The article focuses on how to strategically manage sports strategically, combining theories and studies with examples from Uzbekistan. This research examines existing studies and various scenarios to find key strategies for sports management, such as a clear goal, good leaders, new ideas, involvement, and long-term planning. The article also highlights Uzbekistan's chess achievements as an example of successful planning while pointing out issues in sports management and suggesting improvements.
