Fix: Issue with creation of GenBank record in convertMiniprotGffToGbkAndProt.py as caught and reported by @Mohoved in https://github.com/Kalan-Lab/zol/issues/106. Add: Coordinate information now included as "Comment" in GenBank files of homologous regions identified via fai. This information is also included in the "Gene Cluster Instance - Report" tab/sheet of the fai resulting spreadsheet. Add: New regex program introduced and listed in zol-suite interface to allow extraction of genomic regions based on coordinates in GenBank format. It is still new - so labeled experimental for now. Fix: Minor coloring inconsistency in zol resulting spreadsheet addressed.
