Deliverable 6.7 Inclusion of the DSS within the cloud platform

Deliverable D6.7, "Inclusion of the Decision Support System (DSS) within the Cloud Platform," presents the seamless integration of the DSS, developed under Task 6.1, into the DIAGONAL cloud-based platform as per specifications in Task 3.7. This integration follows the technical frameworks of Work Package 3 and draws on a centralised database from Task 3.1, which hosts essential data and guidance documents. This structured approach enhances platform robustness and user accessibility.
The DSS integration employs a modular design, enabling the incorporation of diverse external software components while supporting seamless connectivity across platform elements. The technical process involved rigorous evaluation, API expansion, and refined data handling practices to ensure component compatibility with the existing architecture. This careful configuration enhances the platform's capacity to adapt and contribute to other scientific and regulatory frameworks as needed.
Designed to support collaborative efforts, the architecture aligns with EU-funded projects like RiskGONE, NanoSolveIT, and SABYDOMA, facilitating community-driven innovation. Future enhancements will include artificial intelligence for predictive analysis and blockchain for traceability, ensuring the platform remains cutting-edge in risk assessment and regulatory compliance
