Indigenous Knowledge Systems and Contemporary Business Innovation: An Empirical Analysis of Traditional Wisdom in Modern Enterprise Development
Description
The contemporary business landscape faces unprecedented challenges including climate change, resource depletion, social inequality, and stakeholder demands for corporate responsibility. Meanwhile, indigenous communities worldwide have sustained sophisticated economic systems for thousands of years while maintaining ecological balance and social cohesion. This divergence suggests that indigenous knowledge systems may contain valuable insights for developing more resilient and sustainable business models.
