Asynchronous firing and off-states in working memory maintenance
Authors/Creators
Description
The zipped folder includes original data and code required to recreate the main the figures from the paper.
We collected neural data from dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (dlPFC) of two macaque monkeys with neuropixel probes. Also, we recorded simultaneously from dlPFC and posterior parietal cortex of another monkey with Diagnostic Biochips probes. The 'Data' folder includes the original data used in this paper. It includes behavior files, neuronal data, as well as decoding files.
In the 'Scripts' folder, run scripts titled as 'Figure1C', 'Figure5', etc. to recreate the corresponding figures. The rest of the scripts are mainly helper functions. The user needs to change the data directory to its local location to successfully run the scripts.
