Description

This dataset contains the data used to investigate the trophic ecology of blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) in the Adriatic Sea and Chesapeake Bay.

Sheet 1 – ISOTOPES: δ13C and δ15N stable isotope values of blue crabs and prey.  
Sheet 2 – DNA_METABARCODING: raw read counts (RADq) of sequenced intestines.  
Sheet 3 – BIOMETRICS: biometric measurements of all sampled crabs.  
Sheet 4 – GCA: data used in the gut content analysis.
