This folder contains all the data and scripts for "Malaria shaped human spatial organisation for the last 74 thousand years". This includes:
- "malaria_spread_data_workflow": all data, code and results for the findings of the manuscript as well as documentation on how to reproduce the pipeline;
- "malaria_spread_additional_species": all data, code and results for the analysis with additional species (Supplementary Information).
