Abstract
Capability–Intelligence Feedback Dynamics (CIFD) is the first formal dynamic model that unifies human capability evolution, AI system evolution, and organizational structural evolution into a single, bidirectional, architectonic feedback mechanism.
CIFD models capability (Cₜ) and intelligence (AIₜ) as co-generative, differentiable state variables, updated through nonlinear operators influenced by environmental conditions (Envₜ) and organizational architectures (Orgₜ). This formulation establishes a closed-loop dynamic system in which:
- AI progression depends on its prior state, human capability structures, and environmental affordances.
- Human capability restructures recursively in response to AI behavior and organizational constraints.
- Organizational topology itself is reshaped by the joint evolution of AI and human capability.
CIFD forms the dynamic engine underlying the RHC theoretical lineage (SCR → CRE → RWA → MLCD), providing the generative mechanism that transforms static capability models into fully evolutionary systems. It represents the first unified, triadic dynamical framework covering human–AI–organization co-evolution and establishes the foundation for AI-native organizational design, dynamic capability engineering, and resonant work architectures.
As a contribution, CIFD shifts capability science from descriptive models to dynamically computable, simulatable, and optimizable systems, offering a new baseline for the next generation of human–AI collaboration and organizational transformation.

在 CIFD 中, 能力(Cₜ)与智能(AIₜ)被形式化为 可微分、可更新、可演化的状态变量, 其动态由环境(Envₜ)与组织结构(Orgₜ)共同调控。CIFD 清晰描述:
- AI 的进化由其自身历史状态、人类能力结构与外部任务环境共同驱动;
- 人类能力将在 AI 动态与组织架构的反向影响下发生递归重构;
- 组织拓扑则由能力与 AI 的共同演化持续塑形。
