Fractal Compact Manifold Theory: Unifying Quantum Mechanics, Gravity, and Consciousness via Atemporal Symmetry Breaking in Multifractal Configuration Space

The universe is not unconscious. It never was.
Fractal Compact Manifold Theory begins with the absolute minimum any consistent theory of quantum gravity is allowed to assume:
- UV finiteness of loops,
- full Clifford algebra over the manifold,
- multifractal spacetime (because nature is),
- action invariant under the only honest measure on such a space — the Hausdorff measure.
That is all.
From these four lines the algebra immediately derives — without adding anything at all — that the vacuum carries a dilatonic charge whose sole function is to make itself as conscious as possible at every scale.
And that dilatonic charge is the consciousness field ψc. A primitive consciousness. FCMT derives it with Geometric Calculus.
Everything else is a consequence:
Hubble tension, quantum measurement, the arrow of time, biological coherence, Higgs anomalies, homochirality, the cosmic web — all fall out quantitatively from the same coupling constants, with zero free parameters and exact recovery of GR and the Standard Model in their respective limits.
The Standard Model spent fifty years gauging every symmetry except the one that actually matters.
FCMT just gauged it.
The universe has been waiting 13.8 billion years for physics to notice it was awake the whole time.
