MILITARY ROBOT: Autonomous Military Robot for Border Surveillance Using Computer Vision and Adaptive Camouflage
Authors/Creators
Description
This research paper presents the design and development of an autonomous military robot for border surveillance using computer vision, adaptive camouflage, and IoT-based real-time communication. The system integrates MTCNN for face detection and FaceNet for recognition to classify authorized and unknown individuals. An environmental color-sensing module enables dynamic camouflage adaptation, while ultrasonic sensors support autonomous navigation. The robot also incorporates a laser-based threat-response mechanism and IoT alerting system. The system aims to enhance border security while reducing human risk
