THE FRACTAL CONSTITUTION: A Structural Framework for Coherent Intelligence
Authors/Creators
Description
The Fractal Constitution is a structural framework for coherent multi-agent and artificial general intelligence (AGI) systems. It defines five interacting principles—an Energy Law, multi-scale Field Memory, Hierarchical Attractor Levels, Asymmetric Transitions, and Coherence-based Resource Allocation—that collectively stabilize intelligent behavior over long horizons.
This work combines experimental multi-agent simulations, formal mathematical analysis, and theoretical arguments to show why payoff-based or memoryless systems collapse, and how structural ethics can be embedded directly into system dynamics.
The paper serves as a technical companion to the book Fractal Threads of Consciousness and proposes a unified architecture for AGI alignment, collective intelligence, and coherent system evolution.
