Karina-AriasCalluari/Temperature-in-beehives: Temperature-in-beehives
Description
This repository contains the implementation of a methodology to diagnose the status of a beehive based on its thermoregulatory capacity[1]. The Jupyter notebooks in the root file of the repository allow you to explore our results:
Tutorials: Simple tutorials to explore the methodologies 1 and 2 for a stable and unstable hive. Results_Hives_2016: Results after processing six hives monitored from November 2016 to September 2017 under Methods 1 and 2. Results_Hives_2020: Results after processing 16 hives monitored from January 2020 to March 2020 under Methods 1 and 2, where three of the hives eventually collapsed. Computational_methods_hives_20XX: Computation and processing of Methods 1 and 2 for two hive sets.
