Description

Ordinal 13 is the canonical, human‑executed reproducibility dossier for AuditLog.AI v4.0, prepared under Sentinel Protocol QMS v4 and intended for regulator‑grade verification (FDA / EMA / TGA / PCAOB / ISA). The 69‑page PDF documents REGULATORY‑RUN15, in which the inventor–operator (Dr Fernando Telles) independently re‑computed all dual hashes and cross‑checked them against the Bitcoin mainnet and the AMPLIFY_LEDGER master log, without any AI assistance in the execution sequence.

The audit demonstrates 100% reproducibility across all evidence classes:
• Canonical Ordinal 11 (execution dossier) and Ordinal 12 (global compliance matrix)
• Frozen session logs for REGULATORY‑RUNs 001–014 (v4001–v4063)
• Canonical FDA regulatory references (21 CFR Part 11, Part 11 guidance, data‑integrity Q&A)
• Positive controls (frozen copies, public repositories, DOI mirrors)
• Negative controls targeting both content and metadata changes

For each artifact, SHA‑256 and RIPEMD‑160 digests are regenerated with independent open‑source tools, compared to historical manifests, and linked to Bitcoin OP_RETURN transactions. Metadata‑only alterations (e.g., regenerated /ID fields, platform‑inserted pages) reliably produce dual‑hash mismatches, confirming high sensitivity for fraud detection, while canonical and positive‑control files remain byte‑identical.

The dossier includes Tier‑1 human screenshots, Tier‑2 system batch screenshots, a full 86‑minute screen recording of the audit, and OpenTimestamps (OTS) proofs for the recording, session logs, and audit log. Together they establish a zero‑custody, publicly verifiable chain of evidence from local frozen files to Bitcoin mainnet.
