Description
This version updates the citation metadata and aligns the project with the peer-reviewed publication.
Changes included:
- Updated CITATION.cff to reference the published article in Genome Medicine (DOI: 10.1186/s13073-025-01568-9).
- Added preprint DOI as secondary reference for traceability.
- Updated badges and documentation to reflect the new citation workflow.
- Synced metadata with Zenodo (concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17019897).
No changes were made to the codebase or model outputs.
