Abstract
Healthy aging is a growing concern for the elderly population, particularly as the global demographic shift leads to an increase in the number of senior citizens. Amidst the various methods being explored to promote health and well-being in aging individuals, Raj Yoga meditation has emerged as a promising approach. This review paper critically examines the impact of Raj Yoga meditation and its associated lifestyle practices on healthy aging, focusing on the physical, psychological, and social dimensions of well-being. By synthesizing findings from relevant studies, the paper aims to offer an in-depth understanding of the benefits of Raj Yoga for senior citizens, with implications for interventions in geriatric care.
